2019 Blues, bandits, & bbq team sign-up


Howdy, partners. You must fill out the form on this page and submit immediate payment in order to be guaranteed a spot on the field.

We are constantly trying to make improvements based on your feedback. Here are the details to know for this year:

  • The entry fee for each team will remain $100. This provides for:

One (1) piece of plywood flooring (8ft x 4ft)

One (1) 6-foot table (feel free bring your own tables as well)

One (1) table covering

One (1) fire extinguisher

One (1) hand wash station

One (1) dish wash station

  • The entry fee will not include a 10x10 tent, but the option to pay an additional cost for that tent is available on the next page of registration (after clicking “Next” on the form below, after filling out the required fields). In the spirit of full transparency, the additional costs to meet requirements of the Health Department were not covered by the $100 entry fee. Most, if not all cookers had additional tents they provided last year. It should also be noted each tent cost us $85 to rent!

  • Due to the nature of the beautiful park that we host our event at any tables and free standing pits require plywood. We provide one (1) piece of plywood to go under the 6 ft. table that we provide as part of registration but you will need to provide more for your freestanding pit/smoker/grill and your tables. You are welcome to bring your own or you can buy some from us for $10 a piece.

  • IBCA will return this year and the organization’s official rules apply! Details can be found here.

  • We fixed the Golden Wristband SNAFU from last year.  Here are the details: Golden Wristbands are available for purchase on Friday for $40 and will include one “Unlimited Refillable Cup” that is good for all the beer you can responsibly consume on both Friday and Saturday!

  • We want to give everyone a chance to set up earlier on Friday. Load-in begins at noon! We have asked you to provide your load-in preference within the form.
